A Ramadan planner to organise the whole month, one day at a time
- One page per day, Day 1 to Day 30: fast, suhoor and iftar times, the five prayers as tick boxes, juz and pages read, meals, a good deed, three lines of gratitude, a question for the day and space for notes.
- The whole month in one place: suhoor and iftar menus, shopping list, guests and shared iftars, a giving tracker, goals, the last ten nights and getting ready for Eid.
- Undated and reusable every year: you write in the dates and times announced where you live. If the month has 29 days, the Day 30 page becomes your review page.
- Respectful of your practice: every box is optional, one box is left as “Other prayer” with no name, and nights 21 to 30 are numbered without singling any of them out. No rulings, no fixed times.
- Paper or tablet: US Letter and A4 to print (white background, colour kept to headings and thin lines), plus a tablet version with a contents page, side tabs and links from one day to the next.
Exactly what you get
- 3 PDF files of 70 pages, same content: US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), A4 (210 × 297 mm) and a 3:4 tablet page (180 × 240 mm), all portrait.
- Cover with lanterns, how-to page, contents; Getting ready (4 pages); 30-day index and 30 daily pages; prayer tracker (1 page); Quran reading tracker (3 pages: the 30 juz, reading log, notes); meals and shopping (8 pages); guests and shared iftars (3); zakat, sadaqah and giving (2); goals and habits (3); gratitude (2); the last ten nights (2); getting ready for Eid (4); looking back and notes (4).
- Tablet version: clickable contents, side tabs, and on every daily page links to the previous day, the next day, the prayer tracker, the reading tracker and the contents (2,172 internal links).
- Print versions have no links; daily pages can be printed again. About 0.7 MB (Letter, A4) and 1.9 MB (tablet).
- No dates, no prayer times, no zakat calculation, and no religious text printed apart from the greetings “Ramadan Mubarak” and “Eid Mubarak”.
Who it is for
For anyone who fasts and wants to plan the month by hand or with a stylus: parents juggling meals, shopping and guests, students and employees fasting through a full day of work or classes, and people keeping their first Ramadan who want a simple, judgement-free structure.
Who it is not for
Not for anyone looking for religious teaching, rulings or printed supplications: this planner organises, it does not teach. Not for anyone who wants prayer times for their city (you copy them from your mosque or local timetable), a bound journal delivered to the door, or an automatic zakat calculator.
Frequently asked questions
When does Ramadan 2027 start? Astronomical calculations put it around 8 February 2027, depending on the sighting of the crescent moon and on where you live. That is why the planner is undated: you write in the date announced locally.
I don’t do everything listed. Every box is optional. The daily questions are about planning, calm and the people around you, and assume no particular level of practice.
Does it respect my school of thought? The planner takes no position on any religious question. For anything religious, please ask a qualified person in your community.
Will I receive a printed journal? No: you download 3 PDFs. Print at home or at a print shop, or write on your tablet.
Which tablet app? It is a hyperlinked PDF designed for PDF annotation apps (GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes…) and any PDF reader. When importing, keep the links active.
What about next year? Print it again, or duplicate the tablet file. One purchase, no subscription, for your personal use.
