Data controller
Personal data collected on electronarium.com is processed by VEGA, who can be reached at contact@electronarium.com.
For people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies.
Data we collect
- When you order: first name, last name, e-mail address, country, order contents and amount.
- Technical data: IP address and browser recorded with the order, download history.
- Your messages, if you write to us.
We never receive your bank card details: payment is handled by PayPal.
Why we use it
- To carry out your order, deliver the file and answer your support requests (performance of the contract).
- To produce accounting records and meet our legal obligations (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure (legitimate interest).
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send you advertising by e-mail.
Recipients
- PayPal: payment processing. PayPal acts under its own privacy policy.
- Contabo GmbH (Germany): website hosting.
- Infomaniak (Switzerland): sending order e-mails.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as needed for the order and support, then for the period required by accounting and tax obligations. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds, by writing to contact@electronarium.com. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights to restriction and portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed for the shop to work:
- WooCommerce (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_…): cart and order in progress; session, up to 2 days.
- WooCommerce (sbjs_…): where the visit came from (referring site), linked to the order; session.
- PayPal: set by PayPal during payment, to secure the transaction and prevent fraud (see PayPal’s policy).
- elx_choix: remembers the language you chose; 1 year.
- pll_language: remembers the site’s display language; 1 year.
No advertising cookie or advertising tracking pixel is active on the shop. If we ever activate one, this page will be updated and your consent will be asked for first.
You can delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and payment may then stop working.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to order data is limited to what is necessary.
