1. Purpose and seller
These terms apply to every order placed on electronarium.com. The seller is VEGA, who can be reached at contact@electronarium.com. Information about the seller is given in the Legal notice. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. Products
All products are digital (files, methods, templates, courses, apps). Their content, language, format and terms of use are described on each product page. Please check this information before buying. A purchase grants a personal right of use; reselling or distributing the files is prohibited.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. They may vary depending on the buyer’s country; the applicable price is the one displayed when you order. There are no delivery charges. Your bank or PayPal may charge currency conversion fees.
4. Order and payment
Payment is made through PayPal (PayPal account or bank card via PayPal, depending on the country). Payment is handled entirely by PayPal: we never see your card details. The order is final once payment is confirmed; a confirmation e-mail is sent to you.
5. Delivery
The file can be downloaded immediately after payment is confirmed, from the order confirmation page. The download link is also sent to you by e-mail. Each purchase allows 5 downloads, and the link remains valid for 30 days from the purchase. Remember to keep a copy of the file.
6. Right of withdrawal
The products are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying, you tick a mandatory box with the following text:
“I agree that access to the digital content begins immediately after payment, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.”
By ticking this box, you waive the right of withdrawal for this digital content. This waiver does not deprive you of the refund cases set out in our Refunds policy.
7. Refunds
A refund is possible if the file is defective or does not match its description and we cannot fix it, or in the event of a double payment. Requests are made by e-mail within 14 days of purchase; we reply within 72 hours. Details: Refunds.
8. Support
For any download or usage problem, write to contact@electronarium.com stating your order number.
9. Liability
We supply products that match their description. We are not liable for use that does not follow the product page instructions, nor for problems caused by your hardware, software or internet connection.
10. Personal data
The data needed for your order is processed as described on the Privacy and cookies page.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the seller’s country of establishment, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
If a problem arises, please write to us first at contact@electronarium.com: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
